Suzanna Gardner, CPCC

FOUNDER | LEADERSHIP COACH

Building successful entrepreneurial teams and coaching them to success is my passion. I have 12+ years experience as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) working with people from different backgrounds and cultures helping them find balance and pull from their strengths. As a team leader for 15+ years in a high-pressure, sales-driven corporate environment, I utilize goal setting to leverage my team's strengths in order to help everyone meet their goals. I understand the powerful relationship between job satisfaction and personal fulfillment.

I work with humor, patience and a little bit of pedal to the metal. I encourage re-framing when necessary, setting the goal, finding my clients values and strengths and keeping them accountable. I focus on positive, inspirational, and forward-moving change, understanding that healthy personal and career lives can co-exist. I use brainstorming to explore different perspectives in order to overcome obstacles and achieve goals. I get to the root of the client’s agenda and create a permission-filled space to guide clients through.

My journey began with the simple desire to help others achieve high performance in their careers and personal lives. As a manager of high-performing sales teams within ever-changing, stressful work environments, I brought teams together, working with each person to develop their highest performance. I was always a sympathetic ear for my teams and colleagues when things were out of balance in their lives.

On a personal level, I wanted the job that helps others achieve their life and career goals. In 2006, I received the CPCC certification through The Coaches Training Institute  and applied my skills to my career for the next decade while coaching privately. However, my corporate career took over and I focused on chasing the next milestone. That wasn’t enough; I craved more personal fulfillment. I liked the joy and satisfaction I received when my team challenges were met. I became focused on helping them find personal fulfillment. I saw leadership that couldn’t find the pulse of their employees and forgot that they were more than just producers. I saw individuals unhappy and stuck with their choices, not knowing what direction they needed to go. I decided to leave the corporate world to work with clients and help them achieve their goals, move forward in their careers, develop leadership skills, and find balance in their lives.
